I am doing some rules and layouts around here,for my commissions,trades,collabs,gifts,rquests,kiribans and giant collabs!
So first is...

Point Commissions
*if you see a /by choice/,it means whit or without*
By note or by comment on the journal of my point commissions ONLY!!!
When you commission me you:
-Link to me your character you want me to do
-You give me details on you commission(pose,expression,accessories,character specialityes) /by choice/
-You give me the points BEFORE i start working on your order
(have bad experiences so to be alright whit this,and to avoid "Did i send you the points?"
-DO NOT rush me i know my work,i'm not one of those "i sometimes forget" artists

The last thing you MUST do AFTER all above is solved is TO BE PATIENT!!!
Good art takes time,no matter if the artist haves free time even,depends on the mood and inspiration!;3
But for me,that is awlays ok,you will get your commission in a week or two(max),cuz i hate to make people waiting and cuz i awlays get inspired and almost ofetn in the mood to draw!;D
Or if it's a longer time of period due to work or other pursue,employ,i will note you,but this is rare so,no worry!X)

Commission

Trades
By note(preferably) or by profile comment,or any journal comment saying about trades ONLY!!!

When you trade me you:
-Must check my profile box for my work status if they are Open
I always update it!
-You link to me your character you want me to do for my part
-You add details on what do you want me to do on you character (pose,expression,accessories) /by choice/ ,BUT equally on your doing whit your part
-You can submit your part before me,or after me,it's ok,but you HAVE TO DO YOUR PART of our trade in no more of a month(or i will delete my part if i have posted it) >:/
+ A rule or two MORE for the trades due to bad experiences

1.If you(or i) have asked for a trade,and "start" doing it,but in a long time of period,and i have eventually noted you cuz of that long time and asked you of your part's progress and you haven't replyed or saying "i'm in a lot of work,i broke my scanner/print" or ANY excuse of issues or ANY kind of excuses(but in a long period of time),i'm canceling the trade!!!
Even if you have finished your part or you have halfly doing/done it,if you can't post it or mail it...i am canceling it!
Sorry,but,if there is no way i can get it even if your done,what kind of trade does this have be?!>:/

2.You have to be on my level to trade whit me,and you have to ask me if you want to post my part ANYWHERE,even here on DeviantART!

Collabs
By note(preferably) or by profile comment,or any journal comment saying about collabs ONLY!!!

When you collab me you
-Must check my profile box for my work status if they are Open
I always update it!
-Must answer this:
What kind of collab do you exactly want?
1.We both do one of our characters in 1 picture
a)I draw my character you do yours
b)I draw your character you do mine
Or
2.I make the lineart of both characters(yours and mine),you color
And 1 little thing
What do you prefer in the collab for my and your oc?
Canine(Wolf,Dog)
Or
Feline(Lion,Cat)
-You link to me your character you want me to do for my part
-You add details on what do you want me to do on you character (pose,expression,accessories) /by choice/ ,BUT equally on your doing whit your part
-You have to wait till' i've done my part after all above is solved,in any kind of the collab options i will take the first part
-When i post/mail my part for you to color or to draw my/your character,the max period of time is a MONTH or TWO(TWO ONLY IF FRIEND!!!) whit a lot of work or some essues

I WILL do a collab whit ANY Artist whit at least my level art,BUT even if you can't draw at all,I'll collab you through the collab options above of I make the lineart of both characters(yours and mine),you color.In one word "I draw- you color"!;3

Gifts
Don't have nothing to say about this because
GIFTS ARE FRIENDLY ONLY!!!
Sorry,the gifts are MY choice,if you want,you can make a rquest by a note for a gift,and if i have the time i might still eventually give it some time and do it,BUT ONLY OF A WATCHER OR FRIEND!!!

Almost always,sorry,i don't have time for personal art sometimes even,so they are often closed,i myself will announce if i have free time and if i am in a mood to draw and will myself request reference sheets of one's characters,so you just be on the lookout,be in mind and check my Work Status,"To Do List" and eventually some journal of my art progress!^^

Kiribans
By note(preferably) or by profile comment,or any journal comment saying about kiribans ONLY!!!

When you want a kiriban prize you
-Must check my profile box for my work status if they are Open and if i have one on a pageview number
I always update it!
-Stalk my page,and try to catch it
-You MUST note me,comment on my profile or on my next kiriban journal as fast as you can
-You can get only 1 Prize,if the right pageviews screenshot is caught

-You can leave the giant collab whit the knowledge of the Leader(ME) and he's/her's permission of your reason to leave
-You can skip your part to last if you don't have time to do it,but whit letting the Leader(ME) know AFTER he/she informs you or the person done his line and informs you of your turn for your part
Or in a period of time when the Leader(ME) notes you of your progress

About 10 ARTISTS or more can be in my giant collab,everyone draws his character in any pose!
And everyone whit his turn,i'm first and if you post a comment right after the journal is published you'll get to be second and the guy after you it third and so on,and so on!
The person who is in lead(ME) of the collab has to answer your request to be part of it so you can enter right away if he/she accepts it!
MESSAGE
I advise ALL who will be in the next Giant Collab to do their parts beforehand so it can go faster and to avoid skipping part to last!But only when it's announced of course,the upcoming 2014's Giant Collab!

If you want to be part of it,you MUST be a watchers at least,and whit a good art level skills too,if your not sure,just ask on the next giant collab,and i will see your skills and accept your request if your art skills are fine!;3
When the Leader(ME) is done whit his/her's character,if your second he/she will leave the same picture to you,and you have to draw your character next to his/her's and the third after yours and that way to the last one!^^


ALL the needed rules i blend for now.Will update anything new if needed for them and will let my watchers know everythime i do so!Hope you guys are ok whit these rules and are fair whit everyone and everything.Created them whit Love,Respect and for Order most!If there are any questions of this matter,please,don't be afraid to ask,i will respond or help in any way i can!;3
